Death toll rises to 19

Arutz Sheva is now reporting that the number of dead is is 19, not counting the two terrorists (who, by the way, should never be counted in the death total). And it's no wonder that this bombing has created this kind of carnage -- the Palestinian murderers were carrying bags with 22-33 lbs of explosives.
