What Is Going on at the Forward?

The Forward, whose quality has dropped precipitously since Seth Lipsky was forced out last year, finally went all the way and published an article by Khaled al-Maeena, editor of the Arab News, called, of all things, Arabs May Disagree With U.S., But Don't Call Us Anti-America."" Are the editors at the Forward just stupid? Are they unaware of what the Arab News prints? Or do they not care?
